Reds particularly those with alcohol contents over 13.5% more, Ports and other fortified wines well into 50 years and often much more. Champagne.. that?s a difficult one.. the perlage (bubbles) may go over time but there are many who enjoy ?flat? champagne well into the 50?s. Its almost impossible to tell until its opened. Spirits.. well? again in my experience.. continue to improve and mellow for what seems an eternity! I guess that only leaves beer.. well again there are exceptions.. but I wouldn?t expect anything good to drink over 5 years?<o:p></o:p><o:p> </o:p><o:p> </o:p><o:p> </o:p>
