Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Local deliveries: usually within 1–3 working days.
UK mainland deliveries: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays).
We only deliver to customers aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange or collect.
Re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection.

If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
