1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

  • UK Mainland Delivery: Flat rate of £4.99 per order.

3. Delivery Times

  • Local deliveries: usually within 1–3 working days.

  • UK mainland deliveries: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays).

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We only deliver to customers aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange or collect.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please check your order on arrival.

  • If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
