Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Disclaimer
Please note that the contents of vintage bottles is completely unknown…personally.. but this is only my experience… white wines with the exception of desert wines, (often extending to 50 plus years), have a good drinking window of about 20 years. Reds particularly those with alcohol contents over 13.5% more like 30 to 40 or more.., Ports and other fortified wines well into 50 years+ and often much more. Champagne.. that's a difficult one.. the perlage (bubbles) may go over time but there are many who enjoy "flat" champagne well into the 50s. Its almost impossible to tell until its opened. Spirits.. well.. again in my experience.. continue to improve and mellow for what seems an eternity! I guess that only leaves beer.. well again there are exceptions.. but I wouldn't expect anything good to drink over 5 years.
