Add the following to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cool and strain into a gin glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and lime wedges.

- 75ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Elderflower Syrup

General Storage Advice (All Products)

To keep every bottle in its best condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature swings. Always keep bottles upright unless stated otherwise.

🥃 Whisky / Bourbon / Brandy / Cognac

Spirits like whisky, bourbon, brandy, and cognac do not spoil.

Because of their high alcohol content, they remain stable for decades once sealed. Simply store them upright, away from heat and light, and they’ll stay perfectly preserved.

🍷 Red Wine

Red wine is more delicate than spirits, but easy to care for. To keep it in great condition:


  • Store bottles on their side to keep the cork moist.

  • Keep in a cool, dark place with steady temperature (ideally 12–15°C).

  • Avoid vibration and sunlight.

Properly stored, red wine ages gracefully and stays at its best.

🥂 White Wine & Rosé

White and rosé wines prefer slightly cooler storage:


  • Store bottles on their side.

  • Keep them in a cooler, darker environment than red wine.

  • Serve chilled, but avoid long-term storage in a fridge — it dries the cork.

    Port lasts 2–4 weeks


    Sherry 1–2 weeks (Fino less)
